Materials:
100 grams of ginger, crushed
100 grams fro (replaced by dawet too bad you know ..)
100 grams of jackfruit (in slices to taste)
100 grams fermented cassava sweet (if not there, nor apa2)
50 grams of fermented glutinous green
250 grams of brown sugar, fine comb
250 grams of thick coconut milk
3 cm cinnamon
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
50 grams sugar
2 pieces of pandan leaves
500 cc mineral water
How to Make:
1. Boil water, ginger, lemongrass, pandan leaves, brown sugar, cinnamon to boil. Enter kolang fro, slices of jackfruit, sugar (to taste). Cook until sugar dissolves. Let cool. Lift kolang fro, thinly sliced lengthwise, set aside
2. Reheat to boiling
3. Enter fermented cassava cuts, fermented glutinous rice, slices into a glass fro kolang
4. Pour ginger ale
5. Pour the thick coconut milk
6. Serve while warm (for 3 Portion)
