Materials:
600 ml of water
100 g brown sugar palm
100 gr ginger, peeled and crushed and burned
2 pieces of pandan leaves, torn to pieces.
3 pieces cloves
200 gr young coconut scrapings
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 cinnamon stick
1 teaspoon coffee
Method:
1. Boil water, ginger, pandan and cloves until the water feels hot.
2. Then insert the palm sugar, and cook until sugar dissolves, add salt, stir well and then strain.
3. Serve with coconut.
