BANDREK KELAPA MUDA

Bandrek is a West Java traditional beverage that is often enjoyed at night or when the weather is cold. Bandrek generally the main ingredient is ginger and sugar, but in some areas even more variations.



Materials:
600 ml of water
100 g brown sugar palm
100 gr ginger, peeled and crushed and burned
2 pieces of pandan leaves, torn to pieces.
3 pieces cloves
200 gr young coconut scrapings
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 cinnamon stick
1 teaspoon coffee

Method:
1. Boil water, ginger, pandan and cloves until the water feels hot.
2. Then insert the palm sugar, and cook until sugar dissolves, add salt, stir well and then strain.
3. Serve with coconut.
